Terms of service
§1 Scope and Definitions
(1) The following Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer, in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of the Contract & Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The following provisions apply to orders placed via our online shop: www.anoorthelabel.com.
(2) In case of a concluded contract, the agreement is made with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation for the consumer to place an order.
By placing an order for the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.
(4) The ordering process proceeds as follows:

Click “Checkout” or use express options (Shop Pay, PayPal, Google or Apple Pay)

Register or log in (email address and password)

Review and, if necessary, correct the entered information

Submit the binding order
Before submitting the order, you can review and correct all information using your browser’s back function or cancel the process altogether.
After receiving your order, we will immediately send an automated confirmation email (“Order Confirmation”), which constitutes our acceptance of your offer.
(5) Storage of contract text:
We store the contract details and send the order information and these T&Cs by email.

Your past orders can be viewed in your customer account under My Account → My Orders.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) All prices displayed in the shop are final prices plus shipping costs.
According to §19 UStG (German VAT law), VAT is not charged or shown.
(2) Payment methods available to consumers are:

§4 Delivery
(1) Unless stated otherwise in the product description, all items are ready for dispatch immediately.
Delivery takes place within up to 5 working days.
For prepayment orders, the delivery period begins the day after you instruct payment to your bank. For other payment methods, it begins the day after contract conclusion.
If the delivery deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will move to the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods transfers to the buyer only upon handover.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been received.
§6 Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)
Consumers have the following right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not related to their trade, business, or profession.
Withdrawal Policy
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) have taken possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, though it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method than our standard one), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of having sent them back — whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
